From the driving, to the parking, to the not knowing where to drive or park, dinner in L.A. is harder than it should be. That’s why we created Dinner Plan — your three-step itinerary to a damn good time.

This week: Tarantino reopens his New Beverly Cinema. Here’s your plan.

T-Shirt

This, fair readers, is the Jungmaven T-shirt. Fifty-five percent hemp, 45% organic cotton and 100% perfect for a 70-degree evening. It’s beefy enough to keep the trunk warm while keeping the limbs cool and free. Dark colors are good. Hunter green, navy or black.

Here’s your plan.

Movie

3D. 4D. Panorama. Theaters are desperate for an audience. But Quentin Tarantino has a different plan for his New Beverly Cinema. He’s going backwards, only beaming flicks shot in 35mm — so this is your go-to for ripping yarns, sexy violence and acid-tongued dialogue (calendar). Like Pulp Fiction, which is celebrating its 20th ann’y. Tickets are sold online and at the door.

Here’s your plan.

Late Dinner

Don’t rush dinner; go after the movie. The newly opened Hutchinson plates its delicious Indonesian-inspired cuisine late into the night. Grab one of the dark leather banquettes facing the wood wall and order a coconut Caucasian and a succulent beef rendang: a slow-cooked short rib with a caramelized glaze. Pairs well with the gouda mac and cheese.

Here’s your plan.
